Azukiya is a small family run B&B situated historical area of Higashiyama. We aim to make everybody feel like they are at home. All rooms are decorated Traditional Kyoto style.

We have 2 rooms and a townhouse “sem”.
All rooms have a private bathroom.
Rooms can accommodate 1-5 persons.

If you need to, you can leave your bags before check-in and after check-out. Please advise us of your expected arrival time a few days before your visit.

Attention

The entrance door always remains closed, and our staff may not always be available. We kindly ask you to inform us of your anticipated arrival time and whether you would like to avail of our breakfast service one day prior to your visit.
This historic Japanese residence, aged over a century, doesn’t have an elevator. It is important to note that the staircase leading to the upstairs room is narrow and steep. Additionally, sound from the upper floor may be audible in the downstairs room. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights.
50% penalty will be charged for cancellations made within 2 days of arrival. 100% penalty will apply for cancellations made on the day of arrival.
All rooms are non-smoking.
10% discount applied for weekly bookings.
